Suzanne Stern came to New York as a professional dancer. Because of her love of space and her vision of its potential, she branched out into the world of real estate first as an investor and developer in the emerging Flatiron area.  She began her real estate career working for large companies, and realized early on that she best served her clients when providing them with personalized attention. She founded Flat Iron Real Estate with this in mind, specializing in the sale and leasing of residential co-operatives and condominium loft properties.

She receives great gratification in understanding her clients’ needs, working with them from start to finish, ensuring the best results.  She believes that every client is special and deserves the highest quality service.

While Suzanne is known as a specialist of Flatiron, Gramercy and Chelsea, she also has extensive experience in all New York City neighborhoods.  She was the exclusive representative in the D’Agostino conversion in the West Village and a major land developer.

Residing with her family in the Flatiron District, Suzanne serves a number of charitable organizations and is currently in teacher training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute.
